I am a nationally board certified counselor with over 15 years experience in the mental health field. I am also a Certified Dialectical Behavioral Therapist as well as a Certified Clinical Trauma professional. I help my clients process issues and then teach them how to develop healthier coping skills to overcome their difficulties while gaining insight into themselves.
